Course Description: This professional development workshop is designed to equip educators with effective classroom routines and management strategies including visual schedules, token economies, etc., that support the diverse needs of all children in the classroom. The goal is to create an inclusive learning environment where each student feels safe, engaged, and supported to reach their fullest potential. Educators will learn how to establish clear expectations, maintain positive relationships, and foster consistent routines to ensure a well-structured and inclusive educational setting.
