Earn your Preliminary California Teaching Credential in Special Education and a Master's Degree in Education!

CGU partnership offers:

Master's Degree in Education within 12-18 months
Prepares Teacher Residents to receive a Preliminary California Teaching Credential in Special Education (Mild/Moderate or Extensive Support Needs)
Fully online program offering virtual, synchronous courses on weeknight evenings
Candidates accepted into the program receive coursework, support, and guidance before starting a year-long residency in the community with a Mentor Teacher

SBCSS offers:

$31,700.00 Teacher Resident Stipend
80 percent of a paraeducator's salary
Generous benefits
Eligibility for other grant opportunities including future educator support for pre-exam and post-exam testing at no cost
