Course Description:

Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) aligned science curriculum follows the NGSS Framework based on the three dimensions of Science and Engineering Practices, Cross-Cutting Concepts, and Disciplinary Core Ideas.

In these middle school grade sessions, participants will:

Explore the alignment of the NGSS Framework to their district curriculum maps and their district-adopted science curriculum
Review protocols that align to creating student-centered learning environments
Investigate instructional resources

Planning time is for aligning CA framework to your curriculum materials
