Description:

This professional learning series focuses on designing and delivering high-quality first instruction in the secondary math classroom to meet the needs of all students, especially students with disabilities. General education teachers and their special education co-teachers will explore evidence-based strategies for fostering mathematical understanding while addressing diverse learning needs. Through interactive sessions, educators will learn how to work together in an inclusive educational setting to apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. By integrating practical tools and collaborative planning, teachers will leave equipped to create equitable, accessible, and engaging math classrooms that empower all students to succeed.
