Course Description:

California's statewide science assessment is for students in grades five, eight and high school.

The California Science Test (CAST) Interim Assessments (IA) in grades five, eight, and high school will each assess all three science domains, Physical, Earth and Space, and Life Sciences.

The CAST Interim Assessment overviews are designed for district admins and site coordinators and will cover resources and communication materials, test administration, scores and results reporting, regulations, technical documents, CAST on the dashboard, and CAST IA-Blueprint.
