Course Description: Emerging from the expressed needs of districts across San Bernardino County, this vibrant network unites representatives from peers in neighboring districts. Within the collaborative atmosphere of community of practice (COP) meetings, district leaders of multilingual programs leverage the group's diverse expertise to achieve individual and collective objectives. Through lively discussions and collaborative problem-solving, COP meetings foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support. The Community of Practice thrives as a catalyst for growth, empowerment, and excellence in education across the High Desert of San Bernardino County.
